Europa Centralna
With an area of 67,000 sqm, Europa Centralna is one of the largest commercial buildings in Poland and Europe, offering both retail and leisure, located at the Sosnica Interchange in Gliwice.
The Project
Portus Retail were appointed by AIMCo to assist them in establishing a business plan to stabilize occupancy and revenue, settle historic disputes and working with their lenders to identify a forward-looking plan and an exit strategy to sell the asset.
The results
Portus Retail as Asset Manager oversaw the operational management and created a new business plan and marketing strategy. Leases were renewed or extended, historic disputes settled, and asset repositioned to produce a positive cashflow. The asset was successfully sold in April 2019.
